Factory Introduction

Chenzhou Hualu Digital Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Export Processing Zone of Suxian District, Chenzhou, Hunan Province. We have 500 employees, including 56 R&S members, and 6 export trade staffs. The annual output reaches 180 million units of DVD players, and 320,000 units of >= 42’’ LCD TV. The company has 2 lines of automatic SMT, 2 lines of plug-in units, 4 DVD assembly lines, and one LCD assembly line. The technical center of Chenzhou Hualu Digital Technology Co., Ltd. includes Developing Dept. and Engineering Dept., with 56 members. The Developing Dept. is setup in Shenzhen, owning 42 items of registered intellectual rights, and 16 items of National Patents. Our independent developed electric products include: DVD players, digital frames, TV and portable DVD players, and the coming blue-light DVD players. The Engineering Dept. is setup in Chenzhou. Since 2008, we have introduced 4 categories and 29 kinds of products, including 13 kinds of DVD players, 2 kinds of digital frame, 12 kinds of LCD TV, and 4 kinds of portable DVD players.

In order to satisfy customers with different requirements, the R&D center keeps on developing new products. The update cycle of DVD products is about 6-12 months, 2-3 months for digital frame, 3-6 months for TV, and 3-6 months for portable DVD player. The average annual output of new products is 40K.

    Chenzhou is the key hinge of south-north traffic. The Jiang-Guangzhou Railway an Jing-Zhe Highway pass through Chenzhen. Furthermore, the Jiang-Guang Railway Supplement line and the coming Wu-Guang High-speed Railway go through the city, together with four local railways pass towards east and Southern-west. There are 107 and 106 National Way and the Jing-Zhu Highway passing through compounded with the local highways, to form a perfect transportation network.
